Q: I love your art and want to get it tattooed, is that okay?
A: Absolutely! and we would love to see pics so tag us on the gram so we can share.
Q: I Don't see tracking on my order and it's been a few days, what's up ?
A: We fulfill all orders with-in 1 business day. Sometimes packages don't get scanned right away if USPS or UPS are backed up and this can create delays in tracking info being available. Odds are we shipped it but it hasn't been scanned.
Q: How long will my item take to ship ?
A: Ship times average 3-5 business days, Expedited shipping is also available. All orders ship from Frisco Texas. If you are outside of the states it will take a bit longer.
Q: My order says delivered but I didn't get it.
A: This is pretty common with. Sometimes delivery services will mark it fufilled before it is dropped off, wait a day or two and if you still don't receive it reach out to us here: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of you.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes we do and we have free shipping on international orders over $200
Q: Can I have return or exchange an item ?
A: Yes we offer FREE returns and exchanges on all regular priced items. You can use our return center by clicking here. Or view the menu located bottom of our website and click on returns and exchanges. Follow the prompts to print a free return label.

Q: My Item was damaged / missing can you help me out?
A: Absolutely, shit happens that is out of our control. We will always make it right. Drop us an email here: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of you. If we messed up and forgot to send an item or something was damaged in shipping, just shoot us a message and we will get you taken care of.
