When do the boxes ship ?
There are 4 boxes every year, the estimated ship dates are listed below. Please note if you order other items with your subscription box order they will ship together when your subscription box is ready to ship. To avoid this, please place seprate orders.
- Box 1 Feb 1-7
- Box 2 May 13-16th
- Box 3 Aug 1-7
- Box 4 Nov 1-7
When will I be billed?
You will be billed when you subscribe. Your next billing date will be at the first of the month when the next box ships.
For example if you subscribed in september for the August box you will be billed in september when you join and then you will be billed again November 1st for the November box.
How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
If you want to pause or cancel that's no problem! Please email cs@forest-ink.com with your name and order number and we can take care of that for you.
Please cancel before the next auto charge.
Can I exchange or Return Items?
We do not allow returns because the box is so heavily discounted. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size please reach out to us here: cs@forest-ink.com
Please note there is a $10 exchange fee for continetal U.S customers. For customers outside of the continental U.S please note that you will be responsible for all shipping cost to process your return.

If I subscribed will I get all the upcoming boxes?
Yes! Once you've subscibed you will continue to get all of our new boxes until you pause or cancel which you can do by emailing cs@forest-ink.com
What if I need to update my address or billing info?
That's no problem at all! Our customer service team can help you get that updated. Please email cs@forest-ink.com for assistance.
